Shipping Made Simple

At Trusten, we understand how important it is to receive your tools quickly and reliably. Below is an overview of our shipping policy to ensure you have all the information you need.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver Trusten tools within New Zealand. 

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
  • Rural Deliveries: Allow an additional 2-3 business days for rural locations.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: [TBC] per order for standard shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over [TBC].
  • TBC: Add details about bundle shipping rates if different.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, including a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at admin@trusten.co.nz or 027 2525 677

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure your tools arrive safely. However, if your order is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier service to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.

Shipping FAQs

  • Do you ship to rural addresses?
    Yes, we deliver to rural locations across New Zealand. Please allow extra time for delivery.
  • Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
     Contact us as soon as possible at support@trusten.co.nz. Address changes are not guaranteed if the order has already been shipped.
  • Do you offer international shipping? (TBC)
    Currently, we ship within New Zealand only. Stay tuned for updates.
