Hassle-Free Returns and Refunds

At Trusten, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the returns and refund process as simple as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email admin@trusten.co.nz with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide a return shipping label or instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product using the label or courier details provided.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, contact us at admin@trusten.co.nz. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Trusten will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
